No Refund & Returns Policy

The policy of Protoolskart not permitting refund requests is a clear indication that they are engaged in quality control.

  1. No returns after shipping. Protoolskart cannot modify dispatched goods for any sort of return.

 

  1. Refunds are only for broken or wrong items. Refund requests are made only for items not complying with the original order or for delivery of damaged goods.

 

  1. 24-hour window for complaints. To be considered valid, all complaints have to fall within the first 24 hours post-order delivery.


     4. Proof needed. Claim disputes require an email detailing the order alongside photographs of the product to make cross-verification possible.
