How to Cancel an Order

We understand that life happens and plans change. It’s only natural that we want to keep things running smoothly. That’s why our policy is this: there is always room for fair cancellation without burdening our systems.

Before Shipping: At most, we can not allow cancelling an order that has been paid for only till four hours after it is placed and only if it has not been processed yet. Order cancellation can only be done via email and must include the order number in the body of the message.

After Shipping: An order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. This is because the package cannot be retrieved from the shipping company.

Protoolskart reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice if it is due to missing inventory items, there are order total discrepancies, or issues with payment confirmation that are not apparent.
